Who we are
This policy explains how ZOYUR (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through www.zoyur.com (the “website”).
The website is operated by ZOYUR. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@zoyur.com.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run the store and look after your orders.
When you create an account
- Your name and email address.
- Your password. We never store it as you typed it: it is saved only in a one-way protected (hashed) form.
When you save an address or check out
- The recipient's name, phone number and delivery address, including city, state and PIN code.
- The products, quantities, prices, any coupon applied and the order total. A copy of the delivery address is kept with each order so the record stays accurate even if you later edit your address book.
When you pay
- The payment status, amount and the reference numbers our payment provider gives us for the transaction and any refund.
- Card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking passwords and similar payment credentials are entered in the payment provider's secure checkout window, not on our servers. We do not receive or store them.
When you contact support or request a return
- The messages you send, the order they relate to, and the reason and items for any return request.
When you use the website
- Sign-in records, including the email address and IP address used for each sign-in attempt. We use these to protect accounts from repeated password guessing.
- Technical information that our hosting provider records when your browser requests a page, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and to show you their status and history.
- To take payments through our payment provider, confirm them, and process cancellations and refunds.
- To answer support requests and handle return requests.
- To apply coupons and promotions you choose to use.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, for example by detecting repeated failed sign-ins or payments that do not match an order.
- To keep accounting and transaction records and to meet our legal obligations.
- To maintain, secure and improve the website.
Payments
Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. When you choose to pay, the provider's checkout window opens on our website and you enter your payment details directly with the provider. The provider handles those details under its own security systems and privacy policy, and tells us whether the payment succeeded.
We share with the provider only what it needs to take the payment, such as the order amount, the order reference and, where the checkout asks for it, your name, email address or phone number.
Marketing messages
We do not currently send marketing emails or messages. If we start, we will ask for your consent first and give you a simple way to stop receiving them. Messages about your orders, payments, refunds, account or support requests are not marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep your account details for as long as your account is open. We keep order, payment, refund and return records for as long as we need them to look after your orders and for the periods required by tax, accounting and consumer protection laws, even after an account is closed.
Support messages and security records, such as sign-in attempts, are kept for as long as they are needed for the purpose they were collected for. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
How we protect information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the website.
- Passwords stored only in hashed form.
- Access to customer information limited to authorised staff, based on their role.
- Payment credentials handled by the payment provider rather than by us.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere, and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
Your choices and requests
You can view and update your name, email address and saved addresses at any time from your account, and see your orders, returns and support requests there.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete your account and the information we are not required to keep. To make a request, contact us at support@zoyur.com from the email address on your account. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or concern about how we handle your information, please contact us at support@zoyur.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Changes apply from that date to information we handle after it.
